The incoming travel agency MARO Experiences is a promoter of initiatives of Rural Community Tourism and small businesses, where agricultural or rural communities are supported as non-traditional tourist destinations. Farmer's or the people's daily activities of different areas are highlighted besides all the natural beauty. The communities or projects that are promoted offer sustainable tourism, taking care of the environment and social aspects, thus, the whole community is being benefited and this aggregates with its cultural richness and customs. Our interest is to present each of the places where tourists can participate in the cooperation for the benefit of both groups these organizations or small businesses have already had the experience of receiving tourism both nationally and internationally. The objective of our company is to make known the authenticity of our culture and nature outside the traditional routes in which we find densely populated with tourists. This type of tourism allows to know the real traditions, share experiences with the population, discover forest trails, waterfalls, unexplored landscapes and in harmony with projects that are carried out in the communities for their own development (volunteer work). It is where we offer accommodation in family homes to live and share with them and learn more about their culture and tradition.
